His name is Truffles.

Truffles lives on a bench outside the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Huntington Beach, Ca. He has his picture taken daily by tourists and the curious. He is the mainstay of Main St.

He has acquired a degree of fame and in 2007 was featured in a local newspaper.
